F.O.P. stands for Flowery Orange Pekoe. In this case Flowery denotes the large tea leaves, which are typically plucked from new shoots and consist of two leaves and a bud.
T.G.F.O.P. stands for Tippy Golden Flowery Orange Pekoe. It is a very high-grade tea, containing many lighter golden tan tips of the tea adding to the depth of taste.
